Please Note:

In order to board, your cat must be vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu. The vaccination involves two injections that are administered three weeks apart, then a single annual booster once a year after that.

Flea and worm treatment to be administered before your cat’s stay, this must be within the month prior to boarding.

You will just need to bring your vaccination card together with your cat; everything else is included in the boarding fee. If you would like to bring toys or favourite blankets, you are welcome to do so however, please ensure that they are clean.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your cat’s reservation, this must be done 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations within the 72 hour period will be charged at 50% of the total cost of the booked stay. Cancellations can be arranged over the phone or by e-mail.
